A true enthusiast and perfectionist, Ollie previously worked in prestigious restaurants like The London Mandarin Oriental, Philip Howard’s The Square (2 Michelin Stars), The Roux Brothers in Bray (3 Michelin Stars) and trained with Heston Blumenthal at The Fat Duck (3 Michelin Stars).

Ollie spent three years as chef on board M/Y Twizzle and has now come back to S/Y Twizzle, having designed and equipped the best galley on any sailing yacht. Ollie works very closely with the Owner’s wife who had also been a chef and in events and catering, developing superb dishes. Ollie is an enthusiastic member of the crew and has circumnavigated the world on M/Y Twizzle, sourcing local produce wherever he has been cruising.
